The GTM Learning Platforms Manager will own the learning technology stack used by sales, customer success and other revenue‑facing teams. Day‑to‑day work includes defining a learning systems strategy, configuring and administering LMS, CMS and sales enablement tools, building integrations with IT, HR and Revenue Operations, and curating learning pathways that support onboarding and continuous enablement. The role also involves tracking adoption and effectiveness through KPIs and analytics, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with GTM enablement, marketing and product groups to align training with business goals. Candidates should have 3‑5+ years of experience managing learning platforms in a SaaS or GTM environment, strong knowledge of adult learning principles, hands‑on experience with LMS/CMS tools, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Tableau or Looker. This is a Hybrid or Remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement in the Revenue Enablement department. The GTM Learning Platforms Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the learning platform landscape. This role ensures that learning technologies align with business objectives, providing a seamless and scalable experience for training, onboarding, and continuous enablement of Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of learning strategies, governance frameworks, and platform administration to drive adoption and effectiveness of learning systems. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework that aligns with GTM enablement priorities Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms, managing system configurations, workflows, and integrations Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to curate, manage, and optimize learning pathways and training programs Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvements Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors while acting as a key liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations Who You Are (Success Profile) You act like an owner by operating with integrity and seamlessly navigating between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving 3-5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS or GTM function Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker Experience managing system integrations combined with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving, while applying sound technical judgment to validate outputs Hands-on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Letter AI #LI-EV1 #LI-Remote Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
