The organization connects over 4,000 professionals from more than 15 countries each year and has launched eight media companies while acquiring one. The Management Graduate Program Intake for Spanish speakers is a six‑month, paid internship based in London (office next to Victoria station, on‑site only, start January 2024). Interns join a fast‑paced entrepreneurial team and receive significant autonomy over projects that support the recruitment function, speaker booking, marketing and social‑media content creation, and data analysis for venture‑building initiatives. Day‑to‑day tasks include sourcing and speaking with candidates, maintaining relationships with industry speakers, developing and executing social‑media strategies, extracting and interpreting data, and contributing to the scaling of new businesses. The role suits recent bachelor’s or master’s graduates who are fluent in English and Spanish, possess a strong work ethic, excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication. Candidates should be proactive, humble, eager to take ownership, and motivated by entrepreneurial challenges in a sales‑focused, media‑driven environment.

Your responsibilities You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, which, depending on the role you’ll take, could entail responsibilities such as: Supporting our recruitment function covering everything from candidate sourcing to speaking with potential candidates Being part of speaker booking which means building and maintaining valuable relationships with our speakers Working on marketing and SoMe content creation by developing, implementing and managing social media and marketing strategy Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data.
