It sits within United Media, which builds large‑scale media and conference products for sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity and retail. The Marketing Graduate role is based in the London headquarters and offers hands‑on ownership of the brand’s content and communications. Daily tasks will include drafting and designing email newsletters, product updates and promotional material, managing and expanding the LinkedIn presence while experimenting with YouTube and Twitter, creating graphics that reflect the visual identity, and supporting website design, SEO and UX improvements. The graduate will also track performance metrics, run paid advertising and PPC campaigns, and work closely with other departments to surface and share relevant content. The position suits a recent graduate or early‑career marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, shows strong written and visual communication skills, is comfortable with analytics and project coordination, and is eager to gain real‑world impact across multiple marketing channels.

Your Responsibilities Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around: Email marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for our newsletter, product updates and exclusive promotions. Social media growth management: Manage and grow our LinkedIn - our largest channel to interact with our audience - and frequently test new content formats. We would also like you to help us leverage our content on YouTube and launch our Twitter. Graphic design: You will be responsible for our visual identity across all of our marketing channels. We will make sure you’re equipped to do this in the best way possible. Website: Design, SEO activities, UX optimisation. Work with us on improving and launching new formats that reflect our brand identity. Analytics: To continuously measure and improve our performance metrics across channels. You will be working towards challenging targets and KPIs. Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
