The Manager, Quote to Order role is based in San Jose, CA or can be performed remotely from Canada, reporting to the Director of CRM Applications within the IT Business Applications organization. In this position you will lead the Quote‑to‑Order function, driving operational excellence across Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and systems. You will partner with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance and Pricing teams to shape scalable solutions that improve the seller experience, strengthen revenue operations and enable smooth quote‑to‑cash execution. Day‑to‑day activities include building long‑term strategy and systems roadmaps, prioritizing and grooming sprint backlogs, aligning with go‑to‑market leaders to optimize processes through experimentation, and directing, mentoring and coaching a team of analysts and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality enhancements. The role suits candidates with strong Quote‑to‑Order and CPQ experience, a background in Agile environments, proven ability to manage product backlogs, curiosity about AI tools, and at least three years of people‑management experience.
