About the Role People Partner on the HR Business Partner team responsible for talent density, performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, employee experience, offboarding, people projects, and data analysis to provide insights for leadership. Responsibilities Coach and guide managers through performance management and employee relations matters; use people data and trends to inform decisions; manage competing priorities in a virtual‑first environment; apply product management and design‑thinking principles to improve employee experience; partner cross‑functionally with HRBPs, Legal, and the People team; influence leaders and stakeholders; deliver clear guidance on sensitive issues while balancing empathy and business needs. Requirements 8+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience, including at least 3 years directly supporting managers; strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; discretion handling confidential information; proven ability to influence without direct authority; experience working with internationally distributed, cross‑functional teams; prior experience with managers in Poland is a plus.
