Dropbox · Remote - Mexico
Dropbox is a global cloud‑storage and collaboration platform that includes DocSend, a service that enables secure document sharing and deal‑execution workflows. The Product Manager role will own end‑to‑end customer experiences for DocSend, ranging from core onboarding and content‑management flows to strategic initiatives such as AI‑driven document analysis and integration across multiple Dropbox products. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include researching customer needs, defining product strategy, prioritising features, working closely with engineering, design and data teams to ship and iterate on features, and measuring outcomes against defined success metrics. The role requires translating qualitative insights and quantitative data into clear product decisions, managing trade‑offs, and communicating plans across cross‑functional partners. Ideal candidates have five or more years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS environments, a track record of owning customer‑facing products, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort with AI‑enabled workflows. Experience with document‑centric or multi‑product experiences is a plus, and the position is fully remote for candidates based in Mexico.
