The role suits candidates with five or more years of presales, sales‑engineering or solutions‑architecture experience, preferably in CCaaS, CPaaS or broader enterprise SaaS, who are proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, have hands‑on RESTful API integration skills, and possess strong communication and presentation abilities.
