In this role, you will be instrumental in driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives of Angi’s international business. The Senior Analyst, FP&A will work closely with business leaders to analyze financial data, build models, and provide actionable insights that help steer key decisions at Angi. This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. What you’ll do: P&L Management: Manage the P&L for the international business, including seven countries across Europe and Canada. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide financial analysis and insights across various business units, including detailed reports on trends, cost control, and operational efficiency. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development and execution of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with corporate goals and strategic priorities, and track actual performance against projections Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, and provide recommendations to senior management based on findings. Strategic Planning Support: Assist in long-term strategic planning by developing financial models, conducting scenario analysis, and forecasting the impact of new initiatives or changes in the business environment. Investment Analysis: Evaluate business opportunities, capital investments, and expansion plans by analyzing potential ROI, profitability, and risk factors. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders in operations, marketing, product, and technology to provide financial support and ensure alignment of financial performance with overall business goals. KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and drive financial and operational performance. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Who you are: You have 3+ years of professional experience in finance. Ideally, FP&A combined with investment banking, private equity, consulting, or experience with analytics. You are proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling and problem-solving; you are comfortable building complex financial models from scratch. You have the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections. Stewardship mindset: You are an autonomous self-starter, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment. You are a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership Advanced Excel skills and aptitude As a strongly-desired plus, you have experience with PBCS or Essbase, while SQL, and/or Looker are additional nice-to-haves An interest in AI, with a willingness to adopt tools that improve efficiency and scalability Compensation & Benefits: Hybrid work environment and home office set-up allowance Temporary work from abroad policy Regular team and social events Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
