The Revenue Strategy & Analytics team supports the Large Customer Sales channel by providing the data and analytical tools that drive sales performance and revenue decisions. In this Senior Business Analyst role, you would design and maintain BigQuery‑based ETL pipelines, develop and govern semantic models, and build dashboards in Looker or similar tools that surface key metrics for sales, finance, product and go‑to‑market partners. Daily work includes collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable insights, automating recurring reports, and ensuring the data foundation is ready for both traditional analysis and emerging AI‑driven use cases. The position suits candidates with several years of experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting or related fields, strong SQL and BigQuery skills, proven dashboard development ability, and the communication and strategic thinking needed to turn data into measurable business impact.

Our Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain the analytical tooling and data infrastructure that powers our Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel. This pivotal role requires expertise in BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines , and a proven ability to build and scale dashboards . The successful candidate will leverage these technical foundations to drive sales rigor, optimize performance, and propel our overall revenue strategy, while helping build the agentic analytics tooling that allows Reddit’s GTM strategy to move at the speed of the question. You’ll need to be fluent in SQL, BigQuery, and developing dashboards. The right individual is comfortable diving into complex data ecosystems and enjoys translating those insights into tangible business impact. Location : Remote, but within commuting distance of our NYC, Chicago, SF, or LA offices Responsibilities: Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy. Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers. Translate insights into action , guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. Drive operational excellence , ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models. Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations , including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher. 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Winning Mindset: Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base salary range for this position is: $167,500 — $234,500 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
