Reddit, a large online community platform, is looking for a senior leader to head its Consumer Data Science organization. The role involves setting strategy and operating models for data‑driven work across feed, recommendation, search, retrieval and ranking systems. Responsibilities include defining measurement and experimentation frameworks, establishing standards for causal inference, reproducibility, privacy and responsible AI, and translating complex user behavior into actionable insights.
