Dropbox provides cloud‑based storage, file synchronization and collaboration tools that individuals and teams use to store, share and work on documents from any device. The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Partner – Product & Growth role works closely with Dropbox's product leadership to turn financial data into strategic guidance. Day‑to‑day activities include building driver‑based models that link product usage, customer behavior and pricing to ARR, retention and profitability; evaluating growth initiatives, investment cases and pricing scenarios; preparing business cases and sensitivity analyses that outline expected returns, risks and trade‑offs; and partnering with finance, data science, marketing and engineering teams to set targets, define metrics and monitor performance. The role also focuses on improving the speed and scalability of analysis through automation, standardized processes and AI‑enabled tools. Ideal candidates have eight or more years of FP&A or strategic finance experience, preferably in a SaaS or subscription‑based environment, strong financial modeling skills, a solid grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, LTV and CAC, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights while working autonomously in fast‑moving, ambiguous settings.
