What you'll do Strategic sourcing and negotiation: Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate competitive purchasing terms and pricing. Resolve daily supply chain showstoppers and coordinate non-conformances quickly across departments. Data integrity and system accuracy: Maintain precise supplier and category data in our ERP system. Keep lead times, contact details, and BOM cost prices up to date at all times. Process improvement and escalation: Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery disputes and bottlenecks. Identify process gaps and implement practical automation to boost purchasing efficiency.
