Voodoo is a consumer‑tech company based in Paris that publishes mobile games and apps, reaching hundreds of millions of users worldwide. The Senior Product Data Analyst will work within the Publishing team to turn raw data into actionable insights that influence game features, economies and roadmap decisions. Daily tasks include designing and QA‑checking tracking implementations, building and maintaining production‑ready data pipelines, and creating dashboards that monitor key product and monetisation metrics. The analyst will also propose and evaluate A/B tests, benchmark competitor games, and conduct product playtests to refine gameplay and user experience. Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets are essential, as is experience with tools such as Tableau and, optionally, dbt for data modelling. The role expects a candidate with at least two years of data‑analysis experience in a fast‑paced environment, a quantitative degree, high analytical rigor, and a curiosity for player behaviour. An AI‑first mindset and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations are also valued.

Team Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games. The Core Central Team provides hands-on support and mentoring to all Voodoo studios looking to create new casual and midcore games, and anything hybrid in between. Role We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decisions, transforming raw data into clear actionable business insights, and who is constantly driving themselves and the team towards completing the next challenge. Providing valuable insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies and future roadmaps. Proposing AB Test and benchmarking the good practices in competitors games Overseeing the tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection. Developing dashboards and analysis that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics. Building and maintaining robust data pipelines Conducting comprehensive product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience. Profile 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist in a fast‑paced environment, with strong skills in building production‑ready data pipelines.
