Affirm provides transparent buy now, pay later financing that lets consumers split purchases into predictable payments without hidden fees or compounding interest. The company is expanding its direct‑to‑consumer offerings into international markets, and the International Consumer product team owns the apps, wallets, marketplace and related experiences that help global users discover, use and manage Affirm. As a Senior Product Manager on that team, you will shape the vision and roadmap for Affirm’s consumer products outside the U.S., translating consumer insights into feature prioritisation and working closely with engineering, design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, credit and fraud partners to ship high‑impact updates. Day‑to‑day activities include analysing performance data, iterating on product flows, coordinating cross‑functional sprints, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring regulatory considerations are built into the roadmap. The role suits someone with a proven track record of managing technical software products from concept to launch, preferably in consumer fintech, commerce, marketplaces or payments, and who is comfortable navigating complex organisational dynamics while driving a bias toward action.

Responsibilities Drive execution, growth, and scale of consumer products across international markets. Adapt products for international markets by understanding consumer needs, analyzing performance data, and iterating on features. Ship high‑impact work that moves business metrics. Partner with engineering teams to drive product development and prioritization. Collaborate with design, research, analytics, marketing, legal, compliance, credit, fraud and other stakeholders to shape roadmap and incorporate regulatory oversight. Deeply understand international consumers and create seamless experiences across apps, wallets, marketplace and related offerings. Requirements Managed technical software products from kickoff to post‑launch with measurable business impact. Experience with consumer technology products in Canada, UK, EU or Australia, preferably fintech, commerce, marketplaces or payments. Comfortable discussing technical details with engineers, iterating on Figma designs, and analyzing funnels with data analysts. Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; proven ability to secure decisions from senior stakeholders. Ability to influence engineering teams outside direct reporting line. Bias towards action and ability to navigate obstacles and blockers.
