The Associate Analyst, Insights & Enablement role is a contract position focused on supporting the implementation and evolution of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. Daily responsibilities include designing and optimizing contracting workflows, translating business requirements into system templates, and collaborating with legal, sales, and operations teams to migrate contractual constructs into automated processes. The role requires active participation in testing new platform features, identifying issues, and ensuring governance across workflows. This position is well-suited for candidates with strong problem-solving abilities, experience in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Python, and a background or interest in process mapping and workflow design. About the Role The Analyst will support the implementation and evolution of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for Mastercard Services, working at the intersection of sales enablement, product management, and process transformation. Responsibilities - Design, prepare, and optimize Services contracting workflows within the CLM platform. - Translate business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates. - Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Operations to map and migrate contractual constructs. - Participate in testing of new CLM features, identify issues, validate outputs, and support remediation. - Leverage tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ, and other enablement platforms. - Contribute to automation, standardization, and simplification initiatives. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance across workflows and system outputs. Requirements - Strong problem‑solving ability and effective communication skills. - Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word). - Experience or interest in Sales Enablement, Process Transformation, or Product Management. - Exposure to process mapping tools (Visio, Signavio) or workflow design concepts. - Ability to work in cross‑functional, global teams and manage multiple priorities. - Strong stakeholder management, verbal and written communication. - Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements. - Proficiency in leveraging AI.
