You will work closely with sales, product, customer success, and other marketing functions to align messaging, coordinate timelines, and scale successful tactics into repeatable growth plays. The role suits a candidate who is pipeline‑obsessed, comfortable blending strategic ABM planning with hands‑on execution, and experienced in multi‑channel demand‑gen programs within B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial‑services environments, preferably with exposure to 6Sense, Marketo, and Salesforce.

6-6 years experienceAbout the Role The role is within Carta’s Demand Generation team in the Revenue Marketing organization, reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation. The team drives growth for the Private Equity Business Unit and works cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other groups. Responsibilities Research, develop and execute end‑to‑end campaigns to acquire new private‑equity firms. Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to test strategies and meet quarterly objectives. Own 6Sense ABM targeting, lifecycle streams and SFDC campaign tracking for PE investor prospects. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Business Development and Product to identify high‑propensity accounts and scale successful plays. Identify and execute strategic growth initiatives and tests. Requirements 6+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech or financial services. Experience with 6Sense, Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC). Proven ability to build multi‑channel ABM programs, connect campaign activity to pipeline and use data for decision‑making. Strong analytical and creative skills, and ability to work cross‑functionally. Eligibility
