Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering managers and senior individual contributors; own technical roadmap and execution for integrations across enterprise systems, SaaS, on‑prem infrastructure, AD, Azure, and AI agents; drive development and governance of Okta MCP Server; enhance Terraform Provider; partner with Product Management and Architecture; ensure security standards; engage developer and partner ecosystem. Requirements 15+ years leading high‑performing engineering organizations; deep security and IAM expertise with OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM; experience building open ecosystem frameworks and external APIs; knowledge of legacy (On‑Prem, AD) and modern cloud (Azure, SaaS) environments; strong product intuition and people‑first leadership style. Eligibility Education: B.S. degree
