Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Partner with marketing, sales, and IT leadership to define and execute a best-in-class marketing technology and analytics strategy. Develop and define the comprehensive roadmap for marketing platforms. Process Optimization: Use automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and stakeholder self-service. Technology Enablement: Evaluate, recommend, and oversee implementation and integration of new marketing technologies and AI capabilities. Performance Analytics: Drive marketing performance analytics strategy and develop business reviews and performance reports. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as primary liaison for cross-functional marketing technology initiatives. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with MarTech vendors and partners, negotiate contracts. Lead Management and Attribution: Optimize lead scoring, marketing attribution, and pipeline health. Data Stewardship: Collaborate with DataOps to ensure clean, normalized data. Team Enablement: Develop training programs and provide support to marketing and sales teams. Issue Resolution: Act as primary point of contact for issue escalations with the marketing tech stack. Requirements Minimum of 8 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field, with demonstrated success in a leadership or strategic role. Deep knowledge of the MarTech stack.
