The Pricing Operations Principal works within the Global Pricing Operations team to turn pricing strategy into market‑ready offerings. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading the operational rollout of new pricing models and buying programs, building integrated roadmaps, and coordinating decision‑making frameworks across product, legal, finance, GTM, and data‑intelligence teams. The role requires developing business requirements for system changes that support quoting, invoicing, revenue recognition and reporting, as well as driving AI‑enabled tools to automate pricing processes. The incumbent continuously monitors progress, communicates risks and status to senior leaders, and creates enablement materials for sales. The position suits candidates with deep experience in pricing operations or product commercialization, strong project‑management and analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a track record of influencing senior cross‑functional stakeholders in fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities Drive cross‑functional initiatives to operationalize pricing strategy. Lead implementation of buying programs affecting packaging, selling, measurement, and support. Collaborate with Pricing Strategy, Product, Legal, Finance, GTM, Technology, Data & Intelligence teams. Develop operational readiness plans and execute launches. Navigate ambiguity, prioritize workstreams, and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives. Use AI and technology tools to optimize and automate pricing processes. Develop business requirements for new SKUs in business systems. Synthesize and communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leaders. Partner with GTM teams to assess enablement needs and deliver pricing training and communications. Serve as subject‑matter expert on pricing, product configuration, and go‑to‑market processes.
