About the Role Symmetry Software is seeking an autonomous Executive Operations Partner to serve as the strategic right hand to the CEO, managing leadership operating rhythms, complex scheduling, and operational support for the steering committee during a growth transformation. Responsibilities Own calendar management and meeting rhythms for the CEO and Head of Engineering. Partner with Insights & Operations Partner to operationalize meeting cadences. Embed AI‑enabled systems to draft summaries, extract action items, triage inboxes, create communications and decks, and build repeatable workflows. Act as an extension of leaders, handling inbox triage, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations. Lead complex travel and event planning, including quarterly travel coordination and off‑site events. Ensure seamless expense and budget processes for key executives and improve administrative systems.
