The Global Partner Program Operations Specialist internship focuses on building and maintaining the operational backbone that enables Okta’s partner ecosystem to scale. Day‑to‑day work includes owning the end‑to‑end onboarding of new partners, ensuring their data is accurate and complete in Salesforce, managing partner agreements through DocuSign and Conga, and supporting distribution partners as they onboard their reseller networks. The role also involves maintaining the Partner Portal—troubleshooting access issues, guiding partners through workflows, and promoting self‑service adoption. In addition, the specialist handles high‑volume inbound requests related to eligibility, benefits, deal registration, and compliance, issuing Letters of Authorization and safeguarding data integrity across multiple systems. Success in this position requires a bias for action, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to solve operational puzzles quickly, and clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. Candidates with three to six years of experience in partner, channel, or program operations—preferably in high‑growth SaaS or technology environments—are best suited.

Responsibilities Own end-to-end partner onboarding from contract sign‑off to enablement. Drive data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring partner profiles and agreements are accurate. Partner with Finance and Partner Sales for due‑diligence and compliance checks. Manage partner agreements through DocuSign/Conga. Support distribution partners in onboarding reseller networks. Provide real‑time operational support via Slack and email. Own user access and identity lifecycle for the Partner Portal and downstream systems. Guide partners through portal workflows and tools. Champion portal adoption and self‑service usage. Resolve high‑volume inbound operational requests, including deal registration and LOA issuance. Safeguard partner data integrity across Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, PRM tools, and partner directories. Assist with deal registration metrics, reporting, and compliance monitoring. Requirements 3–6 years experience in partner operations, channel operations, or program operations, preferably in high‑growth SaaS/tech. Bias for action and ownership with proactive problem solving. Exceptional attention to detail and data mastery. Ability to navigate complex tools and cross‑functional processes quickly. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong business judgment, integrity, and professional standards.
