As a Payment Partner Operations Associate based in the São Paulo office, you will serve as a critical link between the company and its external partner ecosystem. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing the operational foundation of these partnerships, which includes establishing and monitoring service level agreements, key performance indicators, and reporting cadences. You will be responsible for fee reconciliation, ensuring that invoices and contractual terms are accurate, and managing the operational readiness for new product launches or partner integrations. This role requires frequent cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements. It is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with a background in fintech or regulated financial environments who is comfortable managing vendor relationships, analyzing performance data, and translating technical or operational requirements into scalable, controlled workflows.
