Fresher-friendly, up to 2 yrsAbout the Role FP&A Analyst to support Expense Management, delivering analysis and insights on company spend, partnering with Finance leadership and business partners across planning, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities Support preparation of monthly budget vs. actual analysis and review sessions with Business Leaders in GTM, R&D, and G&A. Liaise with Accounting for monthly close activities, purchase order and invoice accruals and reclasses. Assist Corporate FP&A with monthly forecast, annual budget, and long‑range plan processes, identify variance drivers, and contribute to reporting and presentations to executive management and the Board. Develop, analyze, and interpret financial and operating results, providing insights and recommendations. Develop financial models and reporting, prepare materials for executive and board‑level presentations. Perform ad‑hoc projects, financial analysis, and presentations for senior leadership. Support vendor and platform administration for expense systems. Identify opportunities and implement AI and automation to improve processes and tools. Requirements 0‑2 years experience in corporate finance, accounting, expense operations, or FP&A. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to work with high volumes of transactional and financial data. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail. Effective communication of financial insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with corporate platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment a plus. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
