The Creative Studio team works closely with the Social team to produce visual assets that keep the platform lively and relevant. In this role, you would create illustrations, graphics, and visual storytelling pieces for social media, campaigns, and real‑time community moments, often under same‑day or next‑day deadlines. You would collaborate with other designers, illustrators, and motion artists to maintain a consistent visual voice while adapting to a variety of styles and brand guidelines. Managing multiple requests, giving and receiving feedback, and iterating quickly are core parts of the day‑to‑day work. The position suits candidates with a strong portfolio showing versatile illustration and design work, at least two years of experience in an in‑house, agency, or studio setting—preferably in tech, gaming, or entertainment—and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Familiarity with Figma, basic animation skills, and an understanding of meme and gaming culture are advantageous.
