Okta provides identity and access management solutions that help organizations secure user access to applications and data. The Health & Safety Program Manager internship is based in Dublin and reports to the Director of Global Security & Safety. In this role you will support the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of Okta’s global health, safety and occupational wellness framework. Day‑to‑day activities include managing relationships with third‑party EHS vendors, developing statements of work, KPIs and SLAs, coordinating site inspections and monitoring activities such as air quality or noise testing. You will also assist with the global workers' compensation and injury/illness claims process, working with HR, risk, legal and third‑party administrators to track claims, oversee return‑to‑work programs and ensure statutory reporting compliance across jurisdictions. Additionally, you will help maintain health & safety SOPs, conduct risk assessments and liaise with local safety authorities. The position suits candidates studying occupational health, safety, environmental management or a related discipline who have strong organisational, analytical and communication skills and are comfortable working in a multinational, distributed environment.

Global Health & Safety Governance & Statutory Compliance – formulate and enforce SOPs, monitor multi-jurisdictional compliance, oversee risk assessments, liaise with statutory authorities. Requirements Vendor management, EHS consulting, occupational safety, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, claims management, strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Eligibility Internship position based in Dublin, Ireland.
