The Critical Harms Investigations & Incident Management team focuses on maintaining user safety by addressing high-level risks and complex escalations. As a Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for triaging and leading investigations into critical incidents, including threats to child safety and violent extremism. The role involves utilizing open-source intelligence and internal data tools to gather evidence, establish facts, and determine the root cause of high-severity harms. You will act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and company leadership, requiring you to draft high-stakes communications and coordinate incident responses. This position operates within a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure immediate action on time-sensitive threats. Candidates should be prepared to review graphic or controversial content as part of standard moderation and investigation workflows.
