As a Lead Product Designer you will shape the content‑creation workflows that serve enablement admins and sellers, turning AI‑driven features into clear, usable experiences. Day‑to‑day you will conduct user research, synthesize insights, and produce wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs in Figma while defining design patterns and system components that ensure consistency across the platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers to align on scope, timelines and design integrity, and mentor junior designers to raise the team’s craft. The role suits a designer with six to eight years of B2B SaaS experience, a strong portfolio that includes AI‑focused work, proficiency in design systems and prototyping tools, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while building consensus across stakeholders.

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate product designer with an unwavering commitment to user-centered design. This passion translates into flawless execution, leveraging a deep understanding of design patterns to create best-in-class experiences across a variety of user journeys that are part of the Mindtickle content platform. You will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy and vision for managing, generating, and sharing content for our key personas - enablement admin and sellers. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will design intuitive, engaging experiences that help revenue teams succeed. Responsibilities Bring coherence to the content platform workflows, unifying AI content creation workflows and governance into one delightful experience for customers From concept to delivery, you will be responsible for defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Deeply understand user needs and behaviors: Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions. Design scalable, AI-enhanced, enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS. Create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in design and AI. Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment. Qualifications Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments. Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving. Experience with designing AI products is a must-have. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strategically builds consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities Manages project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships. Good understanding of design systems, UI libraries, and knowledge of how to build with these. Navigates ambiguity and incomplete information confidently Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like Claude Design, Figma Make etc. A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role What we offer Opportunity to shape the future of our platform.
