As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for the platform's seller-facing experience, focusing on AI-native workflows that help sales professionals prepare for meetings and manage deals. You will be expected to design intuitive interfaces that balance automation with user control, ensuring that AI-generated insights and content remain trustworthy and functional. The position requires a deep understanding of systems thinking, as you will develop patterns and frameworks to maintain consistency across the platform. Ideal candidates are experienced designers with a background in B2B SaaS who can demonstrate how they have navigated uncertainty and user trust in previous AI-powered projects. You will need to balance high-fidelity visual craft with a focus on workflow efficiency, ultimately shaping the tools that global enterprise revenue teams rely on daily.

About the Role Sellers today jump between a dozen tools to prepare for a meeting, run a deal, and keep buyers engaged. We're bringing that work into one place, built AI-first, where the system knows the deal, suggests the next best move, and keeps seller and buyer on the same page. You'll own a piece of the experience sellers use every day to prepare and win their deals, and set the direction for where it goes next. You'll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design, on state of the art AI powered experiences, from problem framing through launch. We hold a high bar for craft, so we are looking for people who can outdesign AI tools. Responsibilities Own end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration. Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on. Design AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the seller's trust and leave them in control. Design for multiple roles, looking at the same account (enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers), each seeing what they need. Create patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels, and contribute them back to the design system. Use research and product data to make decisions, and measure the impact of your work after launch. Make judgment calls on scope, quality, and speed, and negotiate them openly with your partners. Qualifications 5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS. Shipped work on AI-powered products. Show us how you handled uncertainty, errors, and user trust. Experience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals. Experience with sales, CRM, or revenue products is a plus. A portfolio that shows your thinking: the problem, the options you rejected, and why. Polished screens alone won't get you through. Strong interaction and visual craft, and fluency in working with design systems and UI libraries. Systems thinking: you design the underlying model before the screens. You prototype to think, in Figma and AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make. Front-end skills are a big plus. You're comfortable with incomplete information and can bring a team to a decision. A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role.
