5-5 years experienceAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented US Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll operations. Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Payroll Processing for multi‑state bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payrolls. Compliance & Taxation adherence to federal, state, local tax laws and FLSA regulations. Year‑End Processing including W‑2 and W‑2c generation and tax reconciliations. Cross‑Functional Collaboration with HR and Accounting for data flow and ledger mapping. System Administration & Optimization as subject matter expert for Workday and ADP. Issue Resolution, Continuous Improvement & Auditing of payroll data. Requirements 5+ years of payroll experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday. Technical proficiency and advanced AI technical skills (nice to have). Eligibility Bachelor’s degree.
