This role drives customer success, deep product adoption, and long‑term retention across Okta’s most complex and strategic enterprise accounts. Responsibilities Strategic Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting for top‑end G2K enterprise customers. Pre‑Sales & NPI Launch Support including PoCs, demonstrations, and technical enablement assets. System Integrator collaboration to design scalable deployment blueprints. Developer Enablement & Prototyping with Auth0 Actions, SDKs, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Mobile. Product & NPI Feedback Loop to inform Auth0 product roadmap. Industry Thought Leadership & Customer Mentorship through code samples and documentation. AI Tooling & Automation using AI tools and LLM workflows. Principal‑Level Escalation Management & Multi‑Project Execution. Requirements Deep expertise with Auth0 and CIAM solutions. Strong architectural and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, Mobile development. Experience building SDKs and custom Auth0 Actions. Ability to leverage AI tools and LLMs for automation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
