Recruiting Coordinator

Roblox operates an online platform where users create, share and play 3D immersive experiences ranging from games to social spaces. The Recruiting Coordinator supports the hiring process by managing interview logistics, acting as the main point of contact for candidates and interviewers, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact through on‑site visits. Daily responsibilities include scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, arranging travel for candidates, greeting and hosting visitors at the Gurugram office, tracking candidate data in recruiting systems, and communicating updates to both candidates and internal partners. The role also involves improving scheduling workflows, collaborating on ad‑hoc projects within the recruiting operations team, and maintaining high velocity while handling competing priorities. Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in scheduling or calendar coordination, are comfortable working with global teams, possess strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are familiar with tools such as ModernLoop or Greenhouse. The position is full‑time and hybrid, requiring presence in the Gurugram office on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
