The Sales Operations Manager will be the sole strategy and operations resource for Discord’s ad‑sales organization, responsible for building the revenue engine from the ground up. Day‑to‑day work includes designing and maintaining pipeline and health metrics in Salesforce, creating revenue forecasts, setting data‑driven quotas, and leading strategic projects such as market expansion, territory design and go‑to‑market optimization. The role also requires developing analytics infrastructure, extracting insights from sales cycle data, and automating workflows with AI tools to increase efficiency. The position reports directly to sales leadership, presents findings to executives and influences cross‑functional partners, all without managing a team. Ideal candidates have nine or more years of hands‑on strategy or sales‑operations experience at fast‑growing firms or consulting, a proven record of building processes from ambiguity, strong executive presence, and demonstrated use of AI to scale analytical output.
