SDE III, WW Returns And Recommerce

As an SDE III on this team, you would spend your days designing and architecting scalable services, writing and reviewing code, overseeing build and release pipelines, and ensuring operational reliability of returns‑related platforms. You would also act as a technical lead or mentor, guiding junior engineers, driving design discussions, and promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and monitoring. The role requires end‑to‑end ownership of the software development life cycle, from requirement gathering through deployment and post‑launch support. Ideal candidates have at least five years of professional software development experience, strong programming skills in one or more languages, proven ability to lead system design and architecture, and experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is expected, and the position is based in Amazon’s Hyderabad office.
