In the Senior Client Partner role on the Large Customer Sales team focused on big‑box retail, you will manage existing advertising relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 retailers, identify new buyers for Reddit’s ad products, and develop data‑driven strategies to meet clients’ marketing goals. Day‑to‑day work includes preparing and leading client meetings, presenting platform updates, consulting on campaign performance, and collaborating with internal media and ad‑operations teams to deliver results. The position requires being based in New York City or Chicago and involves frequent travel to client sites. Ideal candidates have eight or more years of digital‑media experience, at least three years in sales, proven success selling to big‑box retail or similar enterprise clients, and a track record of building C‑level relationships. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with social‑media advertising, and the ability to drive long‑term account growth are essential.

For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . We're looking for an experienced seller to join the Retail vertical of our Large Customer Sales team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for forming relationships with key brands and agencies while ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. This role is required to be based in person in Chicago or New York City. Responsibilities: Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with Fortune 500 clients to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth. Establish mutually-beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform. Leverage agency and client direct relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products. Leverage data from multiple sources (internal & external) to inform client strategies and pitch proposals. Consistently meet deadlines for all projects (internal & external), actively volunteer in team meetings and Reddit special projects. Ownership of client meetings from agenda to final presentation, assigning roles to all meeting participants as needed, identifying outcomes for meetings, and setting client expectations ahead of time. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to communicate major platform updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship. Provide strategic and consultative advice to clients in order to uplevel and grow the relationship. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base salary range for this position is: $124,700 — $174,600 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
