The Senior TS Enablement Program Associate will own key workstreams in global enablement programs, track engagement, measure adoption, and communicate change. Responsibilities Own audience engagement tracking, adoption measurement, and stakeholder communications. Build relationships with StratOps, Product, and TS teams to coordinate deliverables. Analyze program data to spot trends and gaps. Create updates and presentations translating data into clear stories. Maintain program plans, timelines, and priorities. Conduct interviews, pulse checks, and needs assessments with TS teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project or program management, enablement operations, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Tableau, MetaBase, Google Suite). Familiarity with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack). Proactive, self‑starter with an owner mentality and passion for process improvement. Eligibility Open to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree; no specific pass‑out year or specialization required.
