Senior HR Service Advisor

Microsoft is a global technology company that develops software, cloud platforms, hardware and related services for consumers and enterprises. In its Hyderabad office, the Senior HR Service Advisor works within the HR Shared Services team to provide day‑to‑day support for employee inquiries and HR transactions. Typical activities include logging and tracking cases in the HR case management system, answering questions about policies, benefits, payroll and leave, guiding new hires through onboarding steps, assisting with off‑boarding procedures, maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS, and escalating complex issues to specialist HR partners. The role also involves analysing trends in service requests to identify process improvements and ensuring compliance with Indian employment regulations. Candidates suited to this position usually have several years of experience in HR shared services or generalist HR, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SuccessFactors, and a solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. The position is full‑time and based in Hyderabad.
