Senior Payroll Analyst

Lyft is a company in the transportation and technology sector that provides a platform for ridesharing and related mobility services. As a Senior Payroll Analyst based in Nashville, you will join the accounting team to manage the end-to-end processing of bi-weekly payrolls for employees across the United States and Canada. Your daily responsibilities will include auditing compensation, benefits, and leave of absence data, as well as coordinating payroll inputs with various internal departments like HR, IT, and Finance. A significant portion of the role involves managing payroll tax reporting for quarterly equity vesting and ESPP plans, while ensuring strict adherence to SOX compliance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records, documenting internal procedures to improve scalability, and providing direct support to employees regarding their pay and deductions. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with over five years of experience in multi-jurisdictional payroll processing. Candidates with prior experience using Workday, ADP Globalview, or Dayforce, and those comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid office environment, will be particularly well-positioned for success in this position.
