The Solutions Consulting team bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what's possible with the platform. The Senior Solutions Consultant based in Seoul will support enterprise accounts in Korea and partner with Sales to shape technical deal strategies. Responsibilities Lead discovery for complex enterprise opportunities, uncover business priorities and technical requirements, and deliver tailored demonstrations and solution recommendations. Partner with Sales to define technical deal strategies, map stakeholders, agree on evaluation success measures, and lead evaluations to a clear decision. Own the customer IT and Security relationship throughout the deal cycle, coordinate security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise requirements, and engage specialists. Synthesize customer feedback across Korean accounts, identify recurring workflow and security needs, and partner with internal teams to inform product improvements. Prioritize technical sales efforts across multiple opportunities, anticipate blockers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and develop repeatable approaches. Build reusable demos, technical guidance, and evaluation frameworks, and coach teammates. Operate with autonomy in ambiguous situations, exercise sound judgment, and bring together Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Support. Requirements 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of sales engineering or solutions consulting in a SaaS organization. Strong technical foundation with practical experience in front-end development or the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments, identity, security, and governance requirements. Curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and hands‑on experimentation. Strong communication skills influencing technical and business decision‑makers. Fluency in English.
