In this hybrid Senior Zip System Specialist contract role, you will sit within the Oracle Team of Cloudflare’s DIA and Enterprise Systems organization, focusing on the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay process. Day‑to‑day work involves designing and optimizing the procurement workflow that moves intake from Zip into Oracle Fusion Cloud, configuring both platforms to match business needs, and monitoring the Zip‑to‑Oracle integration for requisitions, purchase orders and supplier data. You will lead discovery sessions with Legal, Finance and Global Sourcing, translate policies into system logic, maintain audit‑ready records in Oracle, manage category‑code and cost‑center mappings, and oversee quarterly release cycles for Zip and Oracle while assessing feature impacts. The role suits a procurement technologist with at least three years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion Procurement experience, familiarity with Zip intake orchestration, and the ability to bridge technical configuration with sourcing, finance and legal stakeholders.

Location: Bengaluru, India About the department The Oracle Team, part of Cloudflare's DIA and Enterprise systems organization, manages the complete end-to-end operation of our S2P processes. This ensures consistent processes across all functional areas, enabling Cloudflare's internal teams to work efficiently and facilitating business interactions with customers and partners. Position Overview Drive the strategy and execution of our global procurement technology ecosystem. Our architecture leverages Zip (Zip HQ) as the premier intake and orchestration layer, integrated natively with Oracle Fusion Cloud as our financial system of record.The ideal candidate is a Procurement technologist who understands the nuances of the entire Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between user-centric intake and rigorous financial controls, ensuring that complex business requirements from Legal, Finance, and Global Sourcing are translated into seamless, automated workflows that maintain data integrity across both Zip and Oracle. What You Will Do ● End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize the global S2P process,ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake (Zip) and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion). ● Dual-Platform Configuration: Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement. Build complex intake workflows in Zip while simultaneously configuring Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle to match. ● Integration Ecosystem Management: Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration. Monitor data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data, ensuring that "In-Flight" changes in one system are accurately reflected in the other. ● Strategic Business Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting. Translate high-level business policies into precise logic within the tech stack. ● Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure that the "System of Record" (Oracle) remains audit-ready. Manage the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between the Zip UI and the Oracle GL. Release Management: Manage the quarterly update cycles for both Zip and Oracle.Conduct impact assessments on new features to ensure no disruption to the integrated workflow. Required Qualifications ● Platform Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and 2+ years of experience with Zip (Zip HQ). ● Procurement Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting,and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). ● Integration Fluency: Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs. You should understand how a Zip "Approval translates into an Oracle "Approved Requisition." ● Process Engineering: Ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and identify opportunities for automation or bottleneck removal. ● Systems Thinking: You don't just fix a field; you understand how changing a workflow in Zip impacts the General Ledger and AP downstream in Oracle.
