About the Role Scale plays a vital role in AI applications for healthcare and life sciences. As Solutions Engineering Lead, you will manage and grow a team of 3-5 Solutions Engineers while owning strategic accounts. Responsibilities Manage, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers; set technical expectations; run deal reviews; develop careers; hire as needed. Own technical wins on strategic accounts, conduct demos, prototypes, and architecture discussions. Build technical playbooks, reference architectures, demo environments, evaluation frameworks, and SOW patterns. Serve as domain authority on GenAI deployment under healthcare constraints (PHI, HIPAA, HITRUST). Partner with AEs and GTM leadership on account strategy and pilot scoping. Work with Software and Machine Learning Engineers to deliver solutions and translate patterns into product roadmap input. Requirements Strong engineering background with customer‑facing technical experience (solutions engineering, architecture, technical consulting). Hands‑on development in Python or similar. Experience leading or mentoring technical contributors. Direct experience deploying software in healthcare or life sciences with knowledge of regulatory and data privacy (PHI, HIPAA, validation). Presentation skills for clinical and executive audiences. Nice to have: experience with GenAI, LLMs, model evaluation in regulated settings; clinical, biomedical, or pharma domain background; experience building a new vertical or team.
