The Talent Relations Manager will be responsible for sourcing and securing high‑profile guests for The Ringer’s slate of podcasts. The day‑to‑day work involves collaborating with content teams, hosts and producers to identify talent that fits each show’s audience, reaching out to agents or managers, negotiating appearance terms, and coordinating logistics for recordings. The role requires a deep network of contacts in the entertainment industry, strong judgment about guest relevance, and a genuine enthusiasm for podcasts and contemporary culture. Ideal candidates have prior experience in talent booking or talent relations within media, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work across teams to align talent strategy with show objectives.
The Ringer is looking for an experienced Talent Relations Manager to work with high-profile talent and book guests across our slate of shows. You’ll partner closely with our content teams, hosts, and producers to identify compelling talent opportunities and strategically book guests who connect with each show’s audience. You’ll bring strong relationships across the entertainment industry, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for podcasts and culture.
