Your Role at Eye Lead and Own MSP Partnerships: Manage the complete channel portfolio, recruit new partners, coach and develop your team, and scale operations to drive channel-led revenue growth. Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute partner business plans, design co-sell strategies, and create partner enablement programs. Improve Channel Strategy: Redefine processes for partner recruitment, onboarding, and management, particularly in new markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, execution plans, and resource allocation. Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, implement enforcement mechanisms where needed, and continuously optimize partner productivity and profitability. Who You Are 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel. Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales. Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage background. Fluency in Dutch language is required; German fluency is considered a plus. You're comfortable with ambiguity, are proactive and results driven. You're a team player and thrive in a scale-up environment. You are willing to travel 50% of the time to visit partners or be present on events. What we offer You will become part of one of the fastest growing cybersecurity scale-ups in Europe.
