About the Role Zscaler is seeking a Director, Global Partner Program Design & Scale to lead design, development, launch, and scaling of priority partner programs and go-to-market initiatives across the globe. Responsibilities Lead partner program design and development from business case through pilot and launch. Evolve program architecture and partner experience with reusable frameworks and clear policies. Orchestrate end-to-end launch readiness across product, pricing, finance, legal, sales, marketing, engineering, services, enablement, and operations. Build, manage, and develop regional partner programs teams in Americas, EMEA, and APJ, setting priorities and adoption targets. Measure program performance, improve based on feedback, and transition programs to steady-state ownership. Requirements Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build paths while walking them. Strong ownership mindset with bias for action and integrity. Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience navigating high-level strategy and detailed execution of program playbooks.
