About the Role Engineering Manager for the Marketing & Privacy Engineering team, leading two pillars to build trusted, privacy‑aware consumer web experiences and measurement systems. Responsibilities Lead and develop engineers across Marketing and Consumer Privacy pillars. Establish and continuously improve a shared operating model for MPE. Partner with Product Managers and technical leads to translate product and business priorities into engineering plans. Guide engineering strategy and execution for logged‑out web, web experimentation, marketing integrations, attribution, consent, privacy experiences, and consumer data collection. Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Privacy, Legal, and adjacent teams. Ensure delivery of reliable, scalable solutions while balancing quality, speed, and risk. Requirements Experience managing and developing software engineers. Strong software engineering foundation and technical judgment. Experience with consumer‑facing or high‑traffic web platforms and complex systems. Ability to translate product priorities into clear engineering plans. Strong communication and cross‑functional alignment skills. Familiarity with marketing technology, web experimentation, analytics, attribution, instrumentation, and measurement systems. Knowledge of global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Australian Privacy Act, and experience with consent management, cookies, tagging, and data collection. Eligibility Not specified.
