Staff Product Manager, Ads Signals

Reddit · Remote - United States

Reddit operates a network of user‑generated communities where people share interests, vote on content and engage in discussions. The Ads Signals & Onboarding team builds the systems that collect online and offline activity from sources such as pixels, CAPI and mobile measurement partners, normalizes and stores that data in a privacy‑compliant way, and makes it available for targeting, attribution, optimization and reporting across Reddit’s advertising business. In this role you will set the long‑term vision and roadmap for the advertiser‑facing products used to onboard and manage those signals, working closely with engineering, design, data science, partnerships, privacy, legal and sales teams. Day‑to‑day activities include defining product requirements, iterating on onboarding and signal‑management experiences, establishing validation and debugging frameworks, and aligning signal quality with the needs of downstream teams. The position suits a senior product manager with six or more years of experience launching ad‑tech platforms, hands‑on work with pixel, CAPI or MMP integrations, a solid grasp of the performance advertising ecosystem, and comfort navigating privacy regulations and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
