About the Role Strategic, data‑driven EMEA Digital Media Manager responsible for regional digital acquisition and paid media strategy across priority EMEA markets. Individual contributor with manager‑level autonomy translating global marketing strategy into market‑specific plans. Responsibilities Own EMEA digital media strategy and paid media budgets. Develop market‑specific investment, audience, channel and activation plans. Lead full‑funnel acquisition across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, retargeting, content syndication and ABM/ABX. Evaluate performance beyond platform metrics focusing on qualified demand, pipeline and revenue impact. Provide regional point of view and recommend targeting, media mix, creative and investment shifts. Identify and scale generative AI and automation use cases for localization, audience development, creative testing and campaign operations. Partner with field marketing, demand generation, product marketing, marketing operations, sales development and global media teams. Incorporate intent, engagement, account, web and CRM signals into media targeting. Manage regional agencies and vendors ensuring cultural relevance and performance. Establish test‑and‑learn roadmap across audiences, creative, channels and bidding strategies.
