Asana for Client Management is a new product for Agencies to manage every client, every project, and every conversation in one place. We are looking for a collaborative Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams bringing this vision to life. In this role, you will build and empower a talented team of engineers, partner cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap, establish technical foundations, and deliver a superlative user experience. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve Hire and support a talented team of engineers to build a new product from the ground up. Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to define roadmap priorities and deliver intuitive product capabilities. Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure system reliability, performance, and long-term scalability. Drive operational excellence and continuous delivery processes, enabling the team to iterate quickly and ship value continuously. Champion accountability for key outcomes, linking your team's everyday work to Asana's broader strategic goals. About you Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. Experience guiding and developing software engineering teams in building scalable web applications, ideally with experience leading 0-1 product development. Solid technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals and modern architecture. Proven track record of collaborating effectively with product managers and designers to balance technical health with user velocity. Clear communicator and empathetic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 34,300 - 39,000 PLN gross. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
