About the Role Lead Business Analyst for the Revenue Operations & Enablement team supporting Contra Revenue Systems (CRS) and FundApp platforms. Acts as the liaison between Finance stakeholders and Technology, driving structured intake, clear requirements, prioritization, release readiness, UAT coordination, production support, issue triage, documentation, reporting oversight, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Serve as primary BA and platform liaison for FundApp and CRS. Manage system enhancements, projects, strategy inputs, setup/configuration, and application support. Translate business needs into business and technical requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, reporting needs, and decision documentation. Partner with business users for application overviews, new functionality explanations, automation assessments, and user training. Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate issue resolution and align delivery plans. Provide ongoing production support including problem management, root cause analysis, ticket logging, impact communication, status updates, and escalations. Lead evaluation of new capabilities, process improvements, and workflow changes. Coordinate UAT, regression testing, business validation, release communications, patching/upgrades, and post‑implementation checks. Maintain configuration, process, training, and decision documentation. Support SOX and audit compliance through control documentation and testing. Drive continuous improvement by identifying manual work, data quality gaps, reporting limitations, control risks, and training needs. Requirements Advanced business analysis experience supporting enterprise platforms, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Fund Administration, billing, order‑to‑cash, or rebates/incentives. Strong project management discipline and consulting mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities across multiple projects. Eligibility Hold a Master’s degree.
