The Security GRC Analyst role sits within the Assurance team that is redesigning governance, risk and compliance (GRC) as an engineering discipline. Day‑to‑day work will involve monitoring and validating security controls, automating evidence collection from CI/CD pipelines, handling alerts and escalations when controls fail, and producing compliance artifacts for internal and external audits. The analyst will partner with security engineers, product teams and business stakeholders to prioritize and remediate cybersecurity risks, improve visibility into the company’s risk posture, and contribute to continuous risk‑informed decision making. The position suits recent graduates or early‑career professionals with a strong interest in information security, risk management, and automation, who are comfortable working with data, scripting or code, and can communicate findings across technical and non‑technical teams.

What you’ll do … Risk Operations provides a centralized approach to identifying, prioritizing, and managing cybersecurity risks, driving accountability, faster decision-making, and measurable risk reduction. The team partners across security, engineering, and business functions to streamline risk management processes, improve visibility into risk exposure, and ensure timely escalation and resolution. We're looking for an Information Security Associate who is excited to help build and support a growing Risk Operations function. In this role, you'll be at the center of day-to-day security issue and exception management activities, helping ensure risk cases are accurately documented, efficiently processed, and consistently tracked through resolution. You'll work closely with experienced risk and security professionals while contributing to the development of workflows, processes, and reporting that will help shape how Risk Operations operates at scale.
