As a Senior GRC Analyst, you will join the Information Security team to help design and implement a risk-focused governance framework. Your daily responsibilities will involve identifying and assessing information security risks, managing the lifecycle of security policies and standards, and validating the effectiveness of internal controls. You will work closely with engineering, legal, and finance departments to ensure that security risks are quantified and addressed through scalable, automated solutions. This role requires a candidate who can translate complex technical requirements into actionable policies and who is comfortable using methodologies like FAIR to prioritize security initiatives. The position is well-suited for a security professional with at least four years of experience who is adept at collaborating with software engineers to integrate compliance into the development lifecycle. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance across the organization to maintain a secure environment while supporting the company's growth and innovation objectives.

The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team supports the Security organization by establishing policies, standards, risk assessment methods, and oversight processes. Responsibilities Key contributor to the GRC team within Information Security. Partner with GRC, Infosec, and Engineering colleagues to design and implement a risk‑first governance function. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools and automation. Write, revise, and manage information security policies, standards, and procedures. Identify and assess information security risks. Work with Engineering to implement controls and validate their design and effectiveness. Support ongoing risk monitoring and reporting. Provide education and guidance on GRC across the organization. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance. Experience interfacing with software engineers to identify risks, map commitments to controls, and develop policies. Familiarity with FAIR (Factor Analysis of Information Risk) and automation of risk management processes.
